Creamy Strawberry Overnight Oats

Happy Valentine’s Day loves! I’m spending the day practicing self-love, starting off with some delicious strawberry overnight oats and some light reading on personal growth. My husband and I don’t typically celebrate Valentine’s Day. So tonight I’m spending my evening at the new Soul Cycle studio in downtown Austin. I am sooo excited!  These oats are the perfect morning treat that consists of antioxidants (strawberries) for my sore muscles. They are quick, easy and delicious! Enjoy!

Creamy Strawberry Overnight Oats
Prep a delicious breakfast right before bed and wake up to delicious overnight oats! These creamy oats are perfect when paired with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or any delicious fruit.
Write a review
  1. 1/4 c organic quick steel cut oats or 1/2 c organic quick rolled oats
  2. 1 T organic chia seeds
  3. 1 t vanilla
  4. 1 T organic maple syrup
  5. 1/2 c organic strawberries chopped
  6. 1 c organic unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  7. pinch of sea salt
  1. Add oats, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, chia seeds, strawberries and salt to a mason jar.
  2. Screw on the lid and shake until mixed well.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. Top with extra strawberries, nuts, almond butter or any of your favorite toppings the next day and enjoy!
